  • CSix Connect is the brainchild of Hamid Saadat, who was inspired to create a networking group for job seekers after leaving his job in June of 2001. The group started in the Fall of 2001 with a few people getting together weekly to share job hunting ideas and support. By Summer of 2004, CSix has grown to more than 3000 members throughout the Bay Area. The name CSix was derived from the name of the restaurant – Cuisineer Six – where the founders originally met. CSix Connect meets every Tuesday at the iRestaurant at 20007 Stevens Creek Blvd. in Cupertino - While attending you’re first meeting be sure to “join” the Yahoo Group by entering you contact information into the laptop which will give you access to the CSix email list where the on-line networking takes place!

All of these groups are in my “networking arsenal”,  I am always looking to add new tools to the arsenal, so please share any other tools in your networking arsenal by posting a comment below!
